This is a quick note to let you know that my recipe for Wild Mushroom Ravioli with Sage-Brown Butter Sauce has been selected as a finalist by the Vegetarian Times “Chef’s Challenge!” The winner will be featured in the January issue of the magazine and voting commences on Saturday.
